peanut sauce stir fry with a kick-- delicious!

I substituted soy sauce for the miso, sugar for the agave, and added some shredded ginger to the stir fry and cilantro and spring onions for a garnish. We were both delighted with dinner tonight!!! This recipe is definitely going in the rotation!
