As promised, a nice day and an opportunity to get out both for a run and with the camera. These a a couple of pictures from the trail along the water on the UBC campus- a 5 minute drive from where we are and where Regent College is located.

shorts... Vancouver... January... clothing optional??? This Floridian just doesn't get it. I opted for long pants today because the high is only 71.
Is it really as warm as it looks in these pictures? Not what comes to mind when I think of Vancouver in January.
Depending on the day, it can be quite pleasant! Today is sunny and 45-50 deg outside which is just gorgeous. It feels like spring is starting around here. Crazyness! but most days are cold and rainy, but not that cold. we're very temperate by the ocean so it's very nice!!
